PB&J Overnight Oats
For a quick and healthy breakfast on the go, these overnight oats do the trick.
PB&J Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp peanut butter powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp strawberry jam
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 banana, sliced
In the bottom of a mason jar, combine the rolled oats, powder, and cinnamon. Add the jam and milk and stir until combined. Top with bananas. Seal the jar closed and place in the fridge overnight.
Serves 1

-For added protein and crunch, add a handful of chopped nuts
