Spanish Sangria







This sangria is fruity blend of red wine and citrus. It's slightly sweet and effervescent.

Spanish Sangria

Ingredients
  • 1 red apple, cored and diced
  • 2 oranges, sliced
  • 2 bottles red wine
  • 3 cups orange juice
  • 3/4 cup white rum
  • 1/4 cup triple sec
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 cups lemon-lime soda 
In a large pitcher, combine the fruit, red wine, orange juice, rum, triple sec and sugar. Chill for at least 8 hours or overnight. Just before serving, add the soda. 

Makes 12 cups

-For the red wine, I suggest picking up a Malbec you enjoy drinking
